Our Show Based on the Book LAST STOP Now On-Demand

We had an incredibly interesting show with authors Tommy McInnis and Nelson Velez who were our special guests on the Diana Navarro-Working Things Out Show. Now you can hear it anytime by clicking here: http://tinyurl.com/2g7968h

We got behind the story of their book about lives that were transformed from adversity to purpose-filled through the power of synchronicity, awakening and meaningful alliances.

We were later joined by the Working Things Out personal trainer Vincent Musolino who along with me gave out some information on how the mind, body and spirit work in unison and how we can reach towards higher levels of BEING by keeping ourselves in balance.

Animal Compassion Tips and Information

These compassion tips were taking from www.americanhumane.org

Here are seven ways to be kind to animals:

  1. Report animal abuse. Violence against animals is terrible enough, but it could also be a sign that other violent behavior, like domestic abuse, is happening.
  2. Speak out for animals. Get active in local animal welfare policies and legislation. Sign up with us to receive timely action alerts about issues affecting animals. You’ll be able to make a difference for animals with just the click of your mouse.
  3. Kindness starts at home. Teach the people in your life, especially children, about the importance of treating animals humanely.
  4. Adopt a pet from a shelter or breed-specific rescue. About 8 to 12 million animals enter shelters every year, and more than half of these pets will have to be euthanized because of a lack of homes. Want a purebred Labrador? Check with your local shelter first -- they take in mutts and purebreds.
  5. Help solve the tragedy of euthanasia of adoptable animals by not contributing to the problem. If you have pets, make sure they are spayed or neutered.
  6. Make a donation to your local animal shelter. A donation can be your time, money or needed items like pet food or laundry detergent. Call them first and see what they need.
  7. Be a responsible pet guardian. Pets should be microchipped and should always wear a collar with an ID tag, so they can be reunited with you quickly if they are ever lost. And take your pet to the veterinarian every year for vaccinations and a health check.

For humans and their pet children, this is a great fun site. www.animalattraction.com

Distraction, we are all affected by it. But did you know it's a huge form of resistance from your EGO? In other words, it's a way of you getting in the way of your own success in fulfilling your life's true purpose.

What things, issues, and people distract you from you want and need to do?

-Is your phone ringing to the point that it disrupts your life?

-Do you feel the need to answer every single email or text and find it eats up all your time?

-Is it hours on Facebook, Twitter, or any other social media that stops you from all the other things you want to do?

-Is a person in your life who always appears when you need to get something important done?

-Is there too much noise around you and you can't focus?

-Are you in a romantic relationship that is more of a distraction, than a loving, healthy one?

In this edition of The Diana Navarro Show your host Diana and co-host Guy Shahar will be discussing the issue of distraction among other issues related to how using your natural Intuition is useful in keeping you focused, centered and on the flow of things in your life.

Come on and join us. You can tune in live on Tuesday at 6pm on http://www.centannibroadcasting.com/.

We also invite you to come in live to Giovanna's Restaurant. The food is great food the service is excellent, and you can participate in our live broadcast by giving us your questions and comments.
