Always Welcome Gratitude

There is a lot of hype in the self-help world about creating abundance and the law of attraction. Because of this, it’s easy to become desensitized to what really works in the art of manifesting. The real secret is good ol’ Gratitude.

Is it magic? No. Is it a miracle? YES! Becoming mindful (self-and-other aware) entails acknowledging the beautiful, simple, wonderful things we all have in our lives. From a Multi-millionaire to a working class person, the individual striving for a fulfilled, higher frequency life can see miracles manifested by simply being thankful for all that is good and life-enhancing, including hardship and life lessons.

To take a second-that’s all it takes-to consider what to say Thank You for. The glory comes right back to you for simply naming what to be thankful for, feeling that gratitude and making this of your new habits in life.

Want some examples? What about the meals you had today? The air in your lungs? The water you drank (and if you didn’t then go get some now and hydrate your glorious body), the smile you are able to make (even if you had a root canal), the senses that function within you (the fact that you are able to read this and I hope to be able to bring this information to the seeing-impaired soon), for things that make us laugh, the healing process—you know I can go on forever but that would deprive you from your own process. What can you come up with to be thankful for?

I discovered this web site I just began using. I don’t use it super often, but it truly reminds me to say “thank you” when I become accustomed to my other reminders (e.g. calendar alerts, sticky pads, etc.)

I'm sure there are other great websites out there with affirmations or other reminders, so please feel free to share them with me and others. Remember, there is only ONE and no other, sharing is true abundance.
