More on How to Listen to Angels



You can feel protection and safety. You can sense the answer to a question that is bothering you but you haven't even verbalized. You feel like you are being given messages and chances to follow a certain path. When you feel comfort in trying times or a sense of happiness when you are sad, you may be feeling the power and presence of your guardian angel. When you feel alone and don't have the comfort of feeling protected, then you may not be able to feel the presence of your angel. If that is the case, then you can do something to help you feel and hear your angels messages and communication.

There are simple ways to increase your reception of Divine communication with your angels. You need to be prepared to listen and feel their presence. In order to be aware of an angels message, you must place yourself in the reality that we do have angels trying to communicate with us all the time. Have you ever felt that you need to make a phone call, stop a particular thing from happening, or do something that you hadn't planned to do? Those can be examples of our angels directing us. Sometimes the directions are clear and the outcomes can be seen and understood. Other times, we don't know why we feel or act a certain way.

We need to make ourselves ready to receive help from our Angels. We can ready ourselves by letting our mind and body relax when we feel an outside power is with us. We need to breathe, slowly and deeply. It seems when we are uncertain in stressful situations that we start to have shallow breaths. That can hinder any communication, whether from a physical source or a divine one. By taking slow, deep breaths, we give our body, brain and soul more oxygen.
Many wonderful things happen when we have a surplus of oxygen, one being that our angels can travel to us more easily. Its been said that the more fresh air we receive when we breathe, the better we can feel the messages of out angel. That is why we feel so good when we are out in nature, walking, sitting, watching and enjoying the outside and all the fresh oxygen. Angels love the fresh air and are more available when we are filled with it. Its why we feel their presence so readily when we are one with nature.


  1. So, two of the most important things to realize when we want to feel our angels are to RELAX and 
  2. to BREATHE deeply. 
When you are relaxing and breathing deeply, it is much easier to hear and feel your angels message, comfort, or protection. Once you are relaxed and breathing lots of health oxygen, you are allowing your body and mind to hear your angel talking to you. Sometimes it is not what we want to hear but it is still very important to us. Our angels stay around us to protect and guide us, so it is very important to FOLLOW THEIR GUIDANCE.

If you are being receptive in your relaxed state and asking for help and guidance, your angels will let you know what you should do. Whether it is something about your health or something you should be doing to improve your life, it is essential to listen so you can hear their voice. If it is personal like improving your diet, it is because our bodies are sensitive to the chemicals and processed foods that we eat, which makes it hard for the us to have a clear open line of communication.

Since angels are the best teachers to guide us on how to better hear their voice, we need to listen carefully so we can learn the best way to hear them. It is important to ask for guidance and follow whatever guidance you receive. We need to ask for signs from them to know if we are following their advice. Asking for specific signs is not good, because we all receive different signs. Our angels created unique signs for each of us and creatively use wonderful signs that each of us can easily recognize.


There is loving sense of humor that angels display in their use of signs and they speak to us in many creative ways. You can feel an angel message if you are quiet and relaxed, and you will start to notice more messages all around you, even when you arent trying. Putting your mind at rest to feel the angels messages and signs will allow you to be successful in recognizing the signs with confidence.






About Angels and Spirit Guides

What are Spirit Guides


Even when you feel as though you are completely alone, there are Divine Companions who are always with you. Before your incarnation they chose to accompany you through your lifetime- from the moment of your first breath- until your last. According to many in the spiritual beliefs, Spirit Guides are highly evolved beings that have completed the cycle of birth and death in the physical plane and are now serving as teachers and guides to further elevate their vibrations. They are as “real” as you are- they are just vibrating at another level and reside in another plane of existence.

They work to guide you by working through your dreams and intuition. That quiet voice you hear is often the voice of your teachers and guides. They may also make themselves known to you through signs and symbols. Though I did not believe in Angels or Guides per se, I found myself finding feathers everywhere when I was going through a very difficult phase in my life. I even started seeing images in clouds that resembled angel wings I just could not ignore.

I later discovered by doing research and speaking to my clients doing spiritual sessions that this was often true for them too. They would:
  •  find feathers, 
  • see images of angels, 
  • see angelic messages all the time, 
  • and also hear songs related to angelic protection. 
These can be a wonderful reminder for us to be still and listen to the guidance of my our respective personal guides. The feathers are representative of the energy of guides- this could include powerful Shamans and the others are from the Angelic Realm. Some individuals have one guide and others have multitudes- much of this depends on the path and purpose of your life. For instance, a teacher/professor may have several guides- one to guide them through the academic nature of their profession and others to assist them with the great emotional requirements of performing such an important task. A policeman, fireman, or soldier will often have a “team” of warriors guiding and protecting them. Much of who your guides are indicative of your own personal journey though life.

Spirit Guides or Angelic Guidance

Spirit guides are almost never a loved one who has passed away. Although our loved ones stay with us in spirit and we can contact them, they do not serve the same role as a “spirit guide”. Some individuals have Archangels and Angels as spirit guides who are always with them. Yet, the presence of Angels does not always mean they are your spirit guides. Angels can be called in times of distress to assist you for a short time. If you have an Archangel or Angel as a guide, chances are your mission in life is a complex one. Through my experience with being a psychic reader and spiritual teacher- I have found that individuals with a challenging life path often have Angels as spirit guides.

Your spirit guide is always with you, whether you acknowledge their presence or not. You cannot call them to you or send them away- they are part of you and your journey. However, you can choose to gain the knowledge of who they are and what their role in your life is. You can interact with your spirit guides in a more proactive way. If you want to know who your guides are, just ask. Get in a quiet and meditative space and ask that they reveal themselves to you. 

Do not get discouraged if you do not figure it out right away. Beings from the spiritual realm often communicate through signs and symbols. Once you ask- you must trust your own wisdom. Pay attention to the pictures that appear in your mind. If you see a man in a suit- stay with that- it could be he is a philosopher or scientist. You may see a Native American Indian, a Buddhist Monk or you may see nothing at all. Keep your mind and intuition open. Pay attention to things that keep coming up after you have asked that they reveal who they are. If you are having a challenge discovering who they are you can also contact a professional psychic/intuitive to assist you.

Working with your spirit guides can be an incredible tool for your own personal and spiritual growth. Unlike beings who are in the physical- their wisdom and advice is not influenced by the “world”. They dwell in a higher vibrational plane and the mundane particulars of your situation are not relevant. For example- if you seek guidance from your spirit guide regarding a relationship- they will lead you to focus on what you are learning, what you need to learn, what you are teaching your partner, and what is the true meaning of your relationship. The fact that they leave the toilet seat up or are terrible at budgeting the household finances will be irrelevant. The information that you will be provided with- will be actions that YOU can take to gain more understanding. You can also ask your Spirit Guides to assist you in physical healing. Before you go to sleep, ask that as you are sleeping- you receive healing.


You are never alone. Never. Take faith in knowing and understanding that there is so much magic and mystery in this life. Just for a moment let the “world” disappear. Raise your vibration and allow the beautiful gifts of spirit wash over you. Life is so much more than what we see. Open your spiritual eyes and hearts and you will discover a world of wisdom, beauty and peace that you never knew existed. Of course, you can always choose to not believe. It is always your choice, thanks to Free Will. But, why not? Why not step into another level of existence? Why not believe in magic? You do not have to announce it to the office, but you can embrace the wonders of spirit in your own heart. It will envelope you in a light of love and understanding- and will mysteriously transform you to a more connected and loving being. Oh, what would they say at the water cooler then? My answer is, if it uplifts and elevates, who cares?

7 Easy Steps to Connect with your Angels






The room you are in is filled with Angels!

The next room you go to will be filled with Angels and Angels will be at your side with every step you take today. The Angels are with us and are eager to help us.

I did not believe anything I could not verify with traditional research. And believing in angels was completely silly to me. It wasn't until I suffered several awful events that I began to experience synchronicities (meaningful coincidences) that changed me completely. I speak of this in detail in my book you can preview here.

Angels are truly universal. The Pew Foundation reported that 72% of Americans believe in Angels. This is a much higher percentage than Americans who believe in any world religion, because Angels are fundamental to most of the world’s major religions. We find them in Christianity, Islam, Hinduism, Buddhism, Judaism, Mormonism and many other spiritual traditions.

St. Augustine, an authority on Angels, said, “Make friends with Angels.” He recommended that we make personal relationships with Angels and that we let our relationships with them deepen – much as we would with any important, intimate relationship. Asking an Angel for help is one of our most powerful spiritual practices. We can ask the Angels for immediate help at any time and in any place. 

Here are some techniques that will help you:


1) Ask for help – Angels offer us help 24/7. The more receptive we are, the more help they can give us. If you diminish your receptivity you limit the Angels ability to help you. Create your own invocations, or prayers, that specifically call for the help you need. Realize that when you call upon an Angel, what really happens is that you open yourself into greater receptivity to their assistance. When asking for help, it’s important to realize yourself as fully worthy of Angelic assistance. Angels work with everyone regardless of personal histories and beliefs. Angels are infinite and omnipresent – your request does not diminish them in anyway nor does it affect their ability to help the rest of us at the same time. They exist beyond our experience of time and space and respond to everyone with complete unconditional love.

2) Connect with your inner divine child as you call upon the Angels and ask for help. Your inner divine child is whole, innocent and true and recognizes Angels as trustworthy gifts of Creator. This will help create openness, receptivity, excitement, eagerness and wonder as you prepare to receive the gift your Angels have prepared for you.

3) Hand everything over to the Angels when you ask for their help: every issue, problem, worry and fear as well as every good intention and positive outcome you imagine as the result of your request. Release all expectations of how your request will be answered.

4) Express Appreciation and Gratitude – Find and express genuine appreciation and gratitude for things exactly as they are. If you are struggling with this, ask the Angels to help you to find the love that is present in whatever difficulty you are facing. Have patience with this and let go of any expectation of how this love may be revealed to you.

5) Know that it is done – Every request is answered and help is always given. If you fear that your request will not be answered, then also ask for help in understanding. Trust that you will see the love in every answered prayer. You are known completely and loved unconditionally by the Angels and nothing that will serve you is ever withheld from you.

6) Act quickly on the guidance you receive. Accept the opportunity and act upon it immediately. Angelic help is infinite and unlimited – you can not use it up or run out of it. You cannot ask for “too much” and the Angels are joyously happy to give to you without limit. The faster you act, the faster you receive more assistance!

7) Celebrate yourself exactly as you are in the moment. Leave any critical judgments or negative feelings about yourself, your life, or others in the hands of the Angels for healing. Even if it is just for a few moments, let go of everything that is not of love for yourself and everything around you. In this moment of surrender much more can done for you by the Angels than you can accomplish on your own.

Do You Know Enough About Ghosts and the Paranormal?


 
For centuries people having been and continue to talk about ghosts, spirits and all other supernatural events. Ghosts, spirits and other paranormal events are hot topics of conversation from ages. Many people believe in ghosts and others believe that all the strange events can be explained with the help of science. Just a look at the listings of current shows and see how many are based on paranormal topics. Reporting paranormal events has also increased exponentially.  Both the average person and the researchers are curious about the above and other phenomenon like:
  • Deja Vu
  • Astral Travel/Out of Body Experiences
  • Near Death Experiences,
  • ESP (Extra Sensory Perception)
  • Poltergeist 
  • Alien/UFO
  • Angels and Demons
  • Miracles
  • Psychic abilities
  • Much more...
Some people think that ghosts are spirit of people who have died in the past. The presence of spirits is also explained in different ways. Some people think that ghosts remain in this world to complete there unfinished business. Some also believe that they remain to help guide others through here. According to some religions, ghosts are the demons that mean helpers of devil. Most of us have heard about ghost sightings, spiritual communication, and other supernatural activities. Most often hauntings occur in places where people have died or where their bodies are buried.

Nowadays many people and even scientists are trying to study ghosts and other unexplained stories. Some instruments which are used to interact with ghosts are: 
  • infrared sensors, 
  • thermal cameras, 
  • geiger counters and

  • digital voice recorders. 
With the help of these instruments, professionals try to understand supernatural events. In addition to electronic equipment some spiritual mediums of communications are also used. There are no scientific sources which can explain the reliability of these methods but they are used widely in study of the paranormal.

After hundreds of years of research and studies, nobody can prove the existence of ghosts, spirits and other paranormal events. However, they can't disprove any of this either. Do ghosts really exist? The answer to this question really lies in a personal belief. You can find a lot of material written about ghosts, spirits and other unexplained mysteries but nothing has been proven scientifically. However I will say that science is just one resource we can use not the only one. We as humans are still evolving and so is our ability to learn and understand. We are learning that we have more than logic. This gives hope that more answers will be forthcoming and they are. Let's keep searching.

Book Coming Soon: Images from Book in a Cup or Shirt



Nine years ago I embarked in one the biggest challenges of my life. To write a book about spiritual awakening and the paranormal. A challenge because I was in the middle of my beautiful maelstrom. 

Now that I'm at the eve of submitting my book for publishing I am happy to share some of the images in a shirt, mug and more items. 

The images as you will read from the book, appeared in my life at moments where I felt the world was collapsing around me. They gave me hope and what I needed to move through these dark moments. I trust it will do the same for you.

The inspiration for my book "You're  Not Crazy, It's Paranormal!" was this orb I captured in my camera during an event. It shows various faces. The owner of the venue thanked me for saving his marriage since it was evidence his place was indeed haunted. Get your very own here

What are the Different Types of Meditation?



Different Types оf Meditation, Enjoy Exploring and Find the Right One(s) for You

I began meditation many years ago and to this day I find it challenging and fascinating. I have learned that there is no wrong way of doing it. In fact, just exploring the different types of meditation can have many health mind and body benefits. There are countless reasons why you may choose to mediate. Below are some types of meditation to consider exploring. 

You may find that one works better than another. Either way, take heart in knowing that though some people may insist in a particular and specific type is the one and only, you will find that this is not so at all. What works for you is what is right for you. So enjoy exploring. This should be beneficial and pleasant not stress inducing. 



Meditation іѕ аn age-оld technique оf focusing thе mind оn particular objects, prayers оr just immersing oneself іn deep silence wіth no distractions оr commotions thаt wоuld disturb thаt veil оf concentration. It іѕ а great way tо sort оnе'ѕ colliding thoughts, setting оnе'ѕ mind оn а single path tо peace аnd contentment frоm wіthіn. I wаѕ told ѕоmе months аgо оn practicing а meditative technique оf reciting thе word 'om', whісh whеn translated frоm thе Sanskrit dialect means peace. Bу repeating thіѕ word bу first taking а deep breath аnd letting thе word оut untіl уоu have tо breathe іn again, уоu аrе summoning untо уоurѕеlf а platform оf peace. Thе process іѕ repeated fоr 10 tо 15 minutes bу continuously saying 'om' whіlе уоu exhale after уоu draw іn аll оf уоur breath, saying thе word оvеr аnd оvеr again.

Thе different types оf meditation help уоu focus оn various areas оf уоur life including уоur routine, tо choose whаt іѕ convenient fоr уоu tо practice everyday. It саn help уоu overcome headaches, stress аnd оthеr health problems thаt crop uр wіthіn uѕ аѕ wеll аѕ а way tо just stop аnd bе іn thе moment. Uѕе meditation аѕ а way оf calming уоur insides, аnd bringing tо уоurѕеlf аll thаt іѕ peaceful аnd positive.


Different Kinds оf Meditation Techniques

It іѕ nоt simple tо find оnе'ѕ balance bеtwееn thе outside world аnd whаt іѕ wіthіn, whеrе finding а way tо coexist wіthіn chaos wіthоut іt affecting uѕ, іѕ quіtе а task. Meditation саn bе thе answer tо а lot оf people's problems, bу knowing how tо control оnе'ѕ emotions, situations аnd interactions wіth people іn thе best way possible.

Breathing Technique
Thіѕ type оf meditation focuses оn оnе'ѕ breathing, whеrе уоu have tо concentrate оn how уоu take іn air bеfоrе releasing іt. One sits іn thе аll familiar meditative pose оf sitting cross-legged wіth оnе'ѕ hands placed lightly оn оnе'ѕ knees wіth thumbs аnd middle fingers touching. Breathing іѕ focused uроn right frоm whеn уоu inhale іt, tо whеn уоu expel іt. Yоu have tо pay close attention tо how уоur breathe іn, аnd how іt feels tо draw іn deep breaths right frоm уоur diaphragm.

Focusing Technique
Thіѕ іѕ very muсh like thе previous technique аlthоugh here уоu саn focus оn а particular thing like а candle, оr nature oriented sounds оr even music thаt helps уоu delve іn deeper into thе intellect оf thе lyrics but making sure іt іѕ calming аnd nоt аll оvеr thе place. Even listening tо thе playback оf а chant wіll help уоu focus оn thе words аnd deviate уоur mind frоm outside thoughts thаt tend tо filter thrоugh. Allow уоur mind tо take уоu еlѕеwhеrе bу being іn thіѕ state fоr а good amount оf time.

Walking Technique
Thіѕ technique involves one tо choose а silent place tо take а walk thrоugh like thе beach, park оr а quiet street early іn thе day. Aѕ уоu walk, focus оn thе way уоur feet move forward tо take thе next step, аnd how air moves іn аnd оut оf уоu аѕ уоu breathe. It dоеѕn't necessarily mean thаt уоu have tо incorporate оnlу walking here, but оthеr things thаt keep уоur mind busy wіth а relaxing аnd absorbing ability like reading, gardening оr painting. Choose techniques tо soothe уоur mind wіthіn thе kind оf solitude уоu find thе happiest аnd most peaceful whеn іn іt.

Transcendental Technique
Thіѕ іѕ very muсh like thе technique I mentioned earlier whеrе I wаѕ told tо chant thе word 'om' repeatedly untіl I wаѕ consumed wіth thе effect thаt thе word portrayed. In thіѕ kind оf technique one саn choose еіthеr а mantra оr prayer thаt thеу саn keep repeating ѕо thаt thе mind focuses оn thе words аnd meaning оf thаt particular mantra оr prayer, taking thеm оn а different state оf mind аll together. One ѕhоuld do іt slowly аnd purposefully.

Spiritual Technique
Thіѕ meditation finds thе person sitting іn silence, whіlе being іn а state оf prayer whеrе one asks fоr guidance оr waits fоr ѕоmе kind оf higher being intervention whіlе being іn а relaxed аnd silent pose. One саn seek thе answer tо а question аnd sit іn deep meditative silence wіth оnе'ѕ eyes closed аnd focused оn finding а solution оr gaining insight whіlе being іn thаt state.

Emptying Technique
Thе benefits оf meditation саn rein іn а lot оf health advantages thаt уоu саn experience bу calming оnе'ѕ insides frоm disturbing external elements. One sits іn thе lotus position, eyes closed whеrе thе surrounding area іѕ еіthеr pin drop silent оr infused wіth soft instrumental music. At first thеrе wіll bе а collision оf thoughts bоth random аnd troubling thаt wіll come into focus, but after а whіlе уоu tend tо zone оut оf thеm аnd concentrate more оn breathing аnd thе sedating sounds оf silence оr music.

Mindful Technique
You have have noted other postings discussing this type of meditation where you can practice while doing every day activities. This is beneficial if you find yourself short on time or under constant stress. You become ultra aware of what you are doing at any given moment while taking conscious breaths throughout the process. This can be  done at almost any moment. Simply try not to do the relaxing, closing your eyes type while doing activities that require your full attention like driving, or operating machinery. Always use common sense.

Angel Technique
Many people are having inexplicable experiences that involve benevolent loving beings known as angels. But even if you haven't had a direct experience and believe in their existence there are many ways of meditating with them. Just do a simple online search and you will find rich materials on techniques. The idea of this is that it always involve love, healing and light. 

Thеrе аrе ѕо many ways оn how tо engage thе body аnd mind аѕ one working force towards аn ultimate aim оf finding balance аnd оvеrаll harmony. Yоu саn pick thе place уоu want tо meditate іn аnd just revel іn thе moment аnd nоt lеt уоur mind get thе best оf уоu іf уоu'rе restless оr unfocused. Train уоur mind tо bе аt one wіth whаt surrounds уоu, аnd tune into thаt part оf thе brain thаt helps уоu slow down аnd relax. Have а healthy tomorrow.
